Portfolio Manager ENERGY STAR’s Portfolio Manager Tool helps energy managers and building owners track and evaluate their facility’s energy and water consumption over time. Viewing consumption data in this format helps building owners find inefficiencies that need to be fixed and see the results of energy-saving efforts. Using Portfolio Manager is the first step towards achieving ENERGY STAR Certification. Target Finder ENERGY STAR’s Target Finder helps building owners and designers estimate the energy consumption of a new commercial building design. Users can also select a goal — either an Energy Star score or an energy reduction target — and Target Finder will tell you what annual energy use to aim for to reach your goal. Energy Star Certification Facilities that perform in the top 25% of peer building types, receiving a minimum score of 75/100, are eligible to receive ENERGY STAR Certification – a recognition program for commercial and industrial structures.
